Description: Perceptions are the biggest barrier in the career development of persons with disabilities. This community conversation will focus on perceptions of disabled professionals and how perceptions present themselves in the workplace. This gathering is intended to be a conversation rather than a training session.
Audience: All are welcome to join in this conversation. Professionals with no experience of co-workers with disabilities are especially encouraged to join in the conversation.
